I'm Chris Sicat — a lifestyle kickboxing coach, martial arts practitioner, podcaster, and someone who’s dedicated his life to growth through discipline. I help men in their midlife reignite their health, confidence, and focus by mastering both the physical and mental aspects of kickboxing.
Born in San Diego and raised in Las Vegas, I’ve spent over two decades in the world of combat sports—starting as a hobbyist, stepping into the ring as a competitor, and now coaching others to level up in every area of life.
